• If the eye liner needs to be sharpened, the sharpener is at the same end as the smudger, which can be pulled out.

• Draw a heavy line with THE ULTIMATE EYE LINER – WITH A TWIST making it thicker in the outer corner of the eye
• Use the smudger at the end of the eye liner to smudge it out
• If applying dark eye shadow on top, the liner becomes a bit softer and will last longer
